hela® etiquette policies


We are high-volume, dynamic practice. All reservations require a credit card to guarantee booking.

Cancellation Fee: $100 for less than 24 hour notice to change or cancel.

No-Show Fee: $100 for no shows.

Late Policy: Out of respect for our clientele and staff schedules, treatments for clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored at Hela® discretion.

Return and Refund Policy: Absolutely no refunds at all on any Hela® products + services. Hela® credit only. If you are not satisfied with your product, please return it within 10 days for exchange or Hela® credit.

As always, we thrive on excellence. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service or experience, please let us know via info@helaspa.com.

Gratuity: Gratuity for aesthetic services only.

Aestheticians accept gratuity on aesthetic treatments only: 

  • Facials

Gratuity not permitted for medical services. Medical staff (MD, PA, NP, RN) never accept gratuity on any treatments.
No tipping on any medical services to include the following medical treatments:

  • Body Contouring

  • Chemical Peels

  • Hair Removal or Rejuvenation

  • Injectables

  • BBL / IPL

  • Lasers

  • Microneedling
