Changes and cancellations are accepted with 24 hours of notice. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled treatment not to exceed $100. Non-cancellations or "NO-Shows" will be charged the full amount of the original service booked. For injectables and laser appointments, cancellations, changes, or no-shows within 24-hours of appointment are subject to a fee of $50. Doctor consultations are subject to a fee of $100. Out of respect for our clientele, treatments for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at hela® discretion. Return and Refund Policy: We want you to be 100% satisfied with all of your purchases at Hela. If you are not satisfied with your product please return it within 10 days for exchange or hela® credit. For all other purchases, a hela® credit will be given for product or services--no refunds on service, gift certificates, or series purchases.
